q&a

Why did you sign up to be a judge for The Pros Awards 2026?

To help spotlight and champion outstanding BME talent across the PR industry. Representation matters and awards like The Pros play a vital role in recognising excellence that is often overlooked. Judging is an opportunity to give back and support a platform that celebrates diverse perspectives, creativity and leadership while inspiring the next generation.

What Insta/LinkedIn/Tik Tok account should every comms pro follow and why?

PRaitors on Insta.

What was your favourite PR/comms campaign from 2025 and why?

As much as I hate to admit it, I quite liked Mummy Pig’s pregnancy announcement. Treating a children’s cartoon character as a real-life celeb with the broadcast interviews and social buzz was fun and brilliantly executed. It created excitement, dominated the news agenda (HOW?!) and got people talking – classic PR.

As always, we’ve got a great DJ booked for The Pros Awards award ceremony in September – what’s your dance floor filler request?

Ed Sheeran’sS apphire. I’m loving the bhangra meets west vibes.
