Reesha leads and develops commercial relationships with clients across Consumer, B2B and Healthcare. An ACMA-qualified management accountant with almost 30 years industry experience in overseeing the commercial and financial heartbeat of agency life.

Reesha read Economics at the University of Manchester, and on completing her degree secured an accounting training contract with a communications agency and hasn’t looked back since.

Reesha partners agencies to ensure they are paid fairly and equitably by new and existing clients, balancing quality of service with profitability and effective risk management.

Reesha has been a BME PR Pro mentor and is a trainer on The Xec.

Why did you sign up to be a judge for The Pros Awards 2026?

Four years on, and The Pros Awards is still the most important awards event in our industry – shining a light on people, work and organisations that would otherwise go unseen and challenging us to re-think what ‘great’ really looks like. That’s why The Pros Awards remains close to my heart.

Instituto Melanoma Brasil ‘The Unnoticed Sponsorship’

A simple idea, using Brazil’s national sport as a cultural conduit to spark real behaviour change around melanoma awareness.
