Reesha is responsible for leading and building commercial relationships with clients across consumer, B2B and healthcare, and has worked with clients such as Unilever, Mondelez, LEGO and Adobe. She is an ACMA qualified management accountant with over 25 years’ industry experience in managing the commercial and financial aspects of agency life.
Reesha read Economics at the University of Manchester, and on completing her degree secured an accounting training contract with IPG. She has stayed with the group ever since working with agencies such as Weber Shandwick, FutureBrand, Virgo Health and GOLIN in both the UK and EMEA.
Reesha partners agencies to ensure they are fairly and equitably paid by new and existing clients with focus on quality-of-service delivery balanced with profitability and risk management.

Also, I’m a non-comms professional with 25 years’ comms industry experience. That means I’ve seen what works and what is less successful; I’ve seen all that it takes to deliver a campaign. I’m the business partner by your side that shares in your highs and lows, and your ups and downs. That’s going to bring a unique dynamic to the judging panel.
I wish I could say I was on social media more. Perhaps it’s because I’m Gen X but I haven’t quite yet found the joy of it.
What can I say. With everything going on in the world, putting anything down here would feel frivolous… ask me again closer the time perhaps while we enjoy the gorgeous food that will be served on the night of the awards.
