Paul Joseph is Managing Director and Partner at creative communications agency Full Fat, leading a 25 strong team and helping scale the business into a multi million pound, purpose led agency. Joining as the second hire in 2013, he has played a central role in shaping Full Fat into one of the UK’s most culturally fluent and inclusive agencies, delivering campaigns for brands including 1664 Blanc, BFI, Beatport, Poretti and Puttshack. Paul oversees operations, recruitment, financial strategy and business development, while guiding the strategic delivery of major client work. He sits on the board alongside founders Megan Morass and Ella McWilliam and leads the agency’s long term growth plan and values framework. He chairs Full Fat’s DEI Committee and launched its pro bono programme supporting organisations such as Queer Britain and Not a Phase.

Why did you sign up to be a judge for The Pros Awards 2026?

Awards like The Pros Award didn’t exist when I started out and so it’s great to be part of a space that celebrates the breadth of Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority background talent that there is in the PR and comms world.

What was your favourite PR/comms campaign from 2025 and why?

Lime Bike’s Good Service on All Limes reacting in real time to disruption and culturally resonating with a 50% surge in peak usage.
