Chloe Davies is an award winning creative, passionate global inclusion and belonging consultant, chef, and entrepreneur who has dedicated much of her 20+ year career campaigning for inclusion and equality in all spaces, whether in corporate organisations or the wider community. With over 15 years of experience in retail, artist management, and PR, Chloe has honed her expertise in leadership and workplace allyship. Her work centers around creating spaces of belonging, mental health and well-being, self-empowerment, culture change, community engagement and workplace advocacy.
In April 2023 she founded ‘’It Takes A Village’ – a collective for Black women in advertising, media, communications & marketing.
She is a member of ForbesBLK, WACL, MEFA, BLOOM and Badassery.
Alongside volunteer roles for UK Black Pride and The London Queer Fashion Show, she is an Ambassador for Mental Health First Aid England and a Trustee for The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre Charity
