Why did you sign up to be a judge for The Pros Awards 2025?

Because these awards shine a spotlight on communities and individuals who are so often overlooked by an industry riddled with diversity and inclusion challenges.

Ndubuisi Uchea on LinkedIn – always insightful, always constructive, and always thoughtful.

What was your favourite PR/comms campaign from 2024 and why? 

I thought Experian’s Support Hub campaign was great – aiming to transform how disabled people engage with service providers. Love that they used a disabled crew and make-up artists for the production process. And ultimately it drove some great coverage and results, from what I saw!
