Why did you sign up to be a judge for The Pros Awards 2026?

Having worked in this industry for 12 years and seeing the lack of representation time and time again, I’m more keen than ever to be a part of any initiative championing diversity in comms.

The Pros Awards does this in a wonderfully loud and vibrant way, how could I not get involved?
